  • Single Sign-On support
  • Special character Password bug fix
  • Ability for dynamic SIGN UP for new users/temporary users or demo users

Single Sign On Support:

Users can now choose to use SSO when setting up new connection to their Oracle Cloud Environments. With SSO you do not need to have an Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP username password. If your organization supports SSO, this will work just like any other SSO supported application.

How to enable SSO with Oracle Cloud SAAS –

When Creating a new connection, instead of Local Login, select “Oracle Cloud SSO Login” radio button (option).

You will be asked to Provide URL to the environment. Once you provide the environment name and press “CREATE CONNECTION” button, you’ll be asked to sign in using your Single Sign On username and Password.

Dynamic User Creation –

If you want to try the software, or add a temporary user to use the SQLConnect app for 15 days – You can not do so using the Sign-Up button that is added in the login window. On the first time launch of the app, select Sign-Up and add your details. This will enable your new user and automatically let you use the SQLConnect app to connect to Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP data. This is valid for 15 days.
